Project Description

This program aims to enhance the capacity of adolescents and young people to address the impacts of climate change by strengthening their knowledge and skills, as well as fostering concrete action at the community level. The program targets youth—particularly young women—in Kolisia B Village (representing a rural area) and Waioti Urban Village (representing an urban area).

Through this program, participants are encouraged to understand climate change risks, develop adaptive capabilities, and actively participate in mitigation and environmental conservation efforts. In addition to fostering environmental awareness, the program develops solutions with economic value, thereby creating potential income sources for youth groups.
